The editorial rule

Published numbers and target numbers never share a sentence without labels. A published number cites a ratified JEDEC document. A target traces to member disclosures made against drafts. A prediction is labeled a prediction and shows its reasoning. Whatever is genuinely unknown sits in a marked "Still unknown" block — the part most sites delete is the part we think you came for.
